The Marin County School to Career Partnership brings together schools, businesses, and organizations to create exciting educational opportunities for students. The Partnership is a project of the Marin County Office of Education working on behalf of the school districts in our community. The Partnership serves students from diverse academic, social and economic backgrounds. On-the-job experiences allow students to explore potential careers, think about their future educational goals and develop skills necessary for success in the workplace. The Partnership collaborates with over 200 businesses and organizations providing learning experiences for the students of today while they are developing their skilled workforce of tomorrow.

By providing these experiences, employers help students to explore career interests and develop skills needed for success in the workplace and, most importantly, to see how academic achievement impacts their future careers.
